Life experiences can affect us in unexpected ways, including feeling disconnected from ourselves and from others. Sometimes we are confused by the emotions we experience. Sometimes we need help in managing symptoms better. Sometimes we just need to talk to someone without fear of judgement. It is my goal to provide space for my clients to do the work that will lead them to reconnection with themselves, their friends and family, and their hopes for the future.
